Whats does our plan include?

Bowling Family Dentistry Membership

Here at Bowling Family Dentistry, we accept and offer an in-house savings plan for new and current patients. We recognize that dental insurance premiums may not be the most affordable options for patients; in addition, they can be limited. This is why we have created our own membership plan. As a member, you will be 100% covered for all preventive care at our office, including 2 regular cleanings, dental exams, 2 fluoride treatments, check-ups, and x-rays.

In addition to full coverage for preventive care, you will also be eligible to receive benefits on restorative and cosmetic dentistry. These include 20% off teeth whitening, orthodontics, and veneers. Membership extends over a year and can be renewed annually.

The breakdown of costs consist of individual, dual, and family plans.

What does it cover and cost?

Family plans provide coverage for up to 5 people, additional members will be covered for $159 per person. Every service is guaranteed – if treatments need to be redone or replaced, we will do so at no cost within 5 years from the date when the original service was performed.
